Service Description
Hosted Play is our take on open play, with a little extra support built in. 💜 Each session includes a trained Play Host who helps welcome families, engage with children, encourage play, and bring the experience to life, while kids still have the freedom to explore at their own pace.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Families may cancel or reschedule their booked play times up to 1 hour before the scheduled session. Unfortunately, no-show bookings are forfeited and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at play!
