With a background in hospitality and office management as well as experience working with children at a therapy clinic, Mr. Austin brings a diverse skill set as the Facilities Manager at Full Spectrum Learn & Play.
Not only does Mr. Austin bring the muscle strength to keep things running smoothly but he is truly passionate about the impact early childhood education has on shaping young minds as they grow into adulthood. Building strong connections with the staff, kids, and families brings unity to our community, making it a rewarding experience.
Beyond the duties of being the Facilities Manager, Mr. Austin is currently pursuing flight school to become a pilot.
